Outline of our mortar spray system and material

In 1994, our R&D has been started according to strong requirements of contractors, who had been applying the conventional shotcreting method. Since then, we have continued development of the system through trial and errors and now our good reputation is widened to overseas market rapidly.
The requirements were
(1) Much quick setting spray method for cost effectiveness and safety
(2) Much less rebound for less work for cleaning
(3) Much less dusts for worker's health
(4) Simple and easier operation for less chance of accident
(5) Human and Environment friendly material for workers and globe
After 2 years of trial and errors, we have brought an innovative technology product in both material and the spray system in the domestic market.
i.e. we DENKA and MCM alliance team has met all of the above requirements of customers. Actually we have dominated domestic market by our technology now.

Applicable for wet/watery roof/wall surface 7 Liters/minutes acceptable
Easy nozzle handling about 3kg of nozzle at low pressure
Flexible in STOP- RUN (less waste) Waste mortar remained in hose only.
Easy and simple operation By automatic control system
Well size-controlled sands Max size of sand particle = 3mm
Synthetic fiber contained For better flexural strength
